Shipping Destinations

We offer free shipping on all online orders within Canada.

For international shipping inquiries, please contact info@simplechic.ca. International shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Processing & Delivery

• Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days.
• Delivery within Canada generally takes 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and postal service.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances.

Shipping Costs & Tracking

• All Canadian online orders qualify for free shipping.
• Orders under CAD $89 are shipped by untracked stamped mail.
• Orders of CAD $89 or more receive free tracked shipping.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking details will be provided for orders shipped with tracking.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligible Regular Jewelry items may be returned within 14 days, subject to our Refund Policy. Earrings, customized Charm Bar jewelry, and Permanent Jewelry are final sale, subject to applicable consumer protection rights.

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy for eligible Regular Jewelry items purchased online and shipped within Canada.

If you change your mind, prefer a different style, or need a different size, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Return & Exchange Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
• Original tags and packaging must be intact.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind, preference, or sizing-related returns and exchanges.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges:

• Earrings
• Permanent Jewelry
• Customized Charm Bar necklaces, bracelets, and anklets
• Gift cards

Final sale restrictions do not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact info@simplechic.ca with your order number and clear photos.

Our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our policies and applicable consumer protection laws.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email info@simplechic.ca with your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.

Please wait for return instructions before sending your item back.

Processing Time

Once your return arrives, please allow 5–10 business days for inspection and processing.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For exchanges, our team will confirm availability, any price differences, and any additional shipping charges before proceeding.
