Absolutely. We offer a 6-month warranty for adjustment and re-weld service. If it breaks for any reason within that time, we will re-weld it for free.

Permanent jewelry at seven Simple Chic locations: three in the Calgary area, two in Edmonton and two in Toronto. We specialize in custom-fitted welded jewelry, with walk-ins welcome. Most permanent bracelets cost $66–$85 CAD; solid-gold options are available in Calgary and Toronto only, with separate pricing. Find a store and plan your visit.

Weld Service for Existing Jewelry:

Paid re-welding: $15 CAD (three-month coverage from the re-weld date)

Can I Remove It Later?

Yes! If needed, you can cut it off with scissors or wire cutters.
We recommend cutting at the connecting link so you can save the chain and have it re-welded later.

Do You Offer a Warranty?

Permanent Jewelry purchases are final sale. Simple Chic chains include six months of re-weld and adjustment coverage. Customer-provided chains include three months of re-weld and adjustment coverage. A paid re-weld costs $15 CAD and includes three months of coverage from the re-weld date. Lost chains are not covered.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I wear my permanent jewelry through airport security?
Airport screening requirements vary. Tell the screening officer that your jewelry is welded and follow their instructions; we cannot guarantee that removal will never be requested.

Can I get an MRI with it?
Contact your MRI facility before your appointment and tell them you wear welded jewelry. MRI preparation guidance calls for removing jewelry before the scan. Follow your MRI team's instructions and arrange removal in advance if required. Contact Simple Chic about re-welding afterward. Read MRI preparation guidance.
