If for any reason you want to  remove it, simply cut it off with scissors or wire cutters. We suggest to cut it where the connecting link is so you can save the chain to reconnect it if you ever want to in the future.

At Simple Chic, customers' satisfaction is our top priority. We always try our best to take care of every each one of our customer. Same applies to our Permanent Jewelry Service. We offer half a year warranty to protect the connecting link from being broken for any reason. If it happens, we will re-weld it for you for free.

Can you take your permanent bracelet through airport security?

Yes! TSA will not ask you to remove it when going through security. Our bracelets have been at airports all over the world with no problem.

Can you get an MRI with a permanent bracelet?

Sometimes. Based on customer feedback, it seems whether you can wear a permanent bracelet during an MRI depends on the technician and the reason you are receiving the MRI.

If you need to remove your bracelet for any reason (medical or otherwise), we offer re-weld service to have your chain put back on.
