Free Shipping Within Canada

We offer free shipping on all online orders within Canada.

• Orders under CAD $89: Free shipping via regular untracked stamped mail. Tracking information is not available for these shipments.
• Orders of CAD $89 or more: Free tracked shipping is included.

For untracked shipments, we retain photographic proof of dispatch where available.

International Shipping

International shipping may be arranged upon request. Please contact us at info@simplechic.ca for availability and shipping options.

International shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. A tracking number will be provided when your shipping method includes tracking.

Delivery Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days. Canadian delivery generally takes 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and postal service.
