**Returns & Exchanges Policy**
We offer free returns within 14 days of delivery for orders shipped within Canada and the U.S.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached, original packaging intact, and no signs of wear. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
**Final Sale Items**
Please note that the following items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:
• Permanent jewelry
• Charm necklaces, bracelets, and anklets (customized pieces)
**Exchanges & Replacements**
We only offer exchanges or replacements for items that are defective or damaged.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email a photo of the item along with your order number to info@simplechic.ca within 14 days of delivery. Once verified, our team will assist you with the return or replacement process.
**Change of Mind & Sizing**
For returns due to change of mind or sizing issues, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

**Processing Time**
Once your return is received at our facility, please allow 5–10 business days for processing. You will receive an email update once your refund, store credit, or replacement has been processed.
**Final Note**
